Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping our woman-owned small business! Each SoulPrima product is hand-selected and packaged with love. Your order will usually be processed for shipping within two business days of payment.

Unless a special shipping rate is noted in the banner at the top of the home page, exact USPS shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout by the weight and size of your total order and your delivery zip code. You will receive tracking instructions via email when the shipping label is created, so you'll know which day to watch the mailbox for your new treasures.

We love using upcycled, recycled and compostable materials in our shipping and packaging. Please recycle, repurpose or compost your package after use.
