To Request an Exchange for Store Credit 

We value each person we work with and we want you to be entirely happy with every part of your experience with SoulPrima.

We are happy to work with you if for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase. As a small business, we unfortunately do not have the capacity to offer refunds, but we can certainly offer you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.

Please email hello@soulprima.com within 14 days after delivery of your item and we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, in unused condition, we will reach out to you with instructions on how to access your store credit, so you can select another wonderful treasure.
